Return & Exchange Policy

At 3ala Al-Nile, we take pride in delivering garments that reflect Sudanese heritage and refined craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions.


Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Eligible returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • An exchange for another size or product


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange your garment for another item, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
